Walk for Wildwood Recap

A little rain couldn’t dampen our spirits! Thanks to the unwavering passion and generosity of our community, this year’s Walk for Wildwood was an extraordinary success, raising more than $62,000 to empower individuals that Wildwood supports.

Highlights and Impact

Community support was stronger than ever, bringing together 400 registered walkers for the event. Beyond the walk itself, families and friends explored a vibrant Community Fair featuring 24 local vendors offering interactive activities and community resources.

We were also honored to welcome U.S. Representative Paul Tonko, who shared his personal support for Wildwood’s mission and talked about the importance of creating inclusive opportunities across our region. Behind the scenes, 32 dedicated volunteers kept everything running seamlessly, ensuring a memorable experience for every participant.

Special Thanks to Our Sponsors

We extend our deepest gratitude to all 31 sponsors who championed this event. In particular, we want to recognize our lead sponsors for their exceptional support: Bill and Bonnie Daggett, CDPHP, Hannay Reels, Thrivent (Greg and Dawn Mengel), Times Union, and Wilcenski Pleat Law.
