Starting when students turn age 12, transition coordinators provide information and support to students, families, and staff to assist in preparation for post-graduation.

Transition can be one of the most important, but challenging experiences your child will encounter throughout their journey here at Wildwood School. It is never too early to start learning about possible options and transition needs for your child during any stage of their journey.
